should we bring back the death penalty for the worst crimes serial killers peadofiles crimes of that nature
i have heard people who say thou shall not kill or we dont want to go down to there level 2 wrongs dont make a right some say killings to good for them they should rot in jail. but they dont rot in jail not in england any way , is life in prison with no chance of release more humain than killing them,or is it cruel, someone else said if a dog bites you you'd put it down why not humans,
and even though in england there is no death penalty how come we dont mine saddam hussain or chemical alie being strung up under our nose,s are blaire and bush war criminals they have killed many innocent people in there bid for iraqu [excuse my spellings]
doesnt the geneva convention ban the killing of heads of state or am i confused on that point,
maybe i should have 2 post but its done now .
what do you think

In my experiance on this site discusing this in the past, people who are for the death penalty don't really care about that.

at lest if they are found to be inocent, they can be released from prison, they can't be brought back from the dead

The Death Penalty always sounds so good to some people until it's their child, sibling, spouse, parent etc... facing the Death Penalty, only then do they find out it is wrong, but unfortunately it's too late. Murder cannot ever Justify a Murder no matter which way you cut it. JMO

What good would the death penalty do the country(though i am not from England). Saddam was exocuted under Iraqi law if i am not mistaken, the Geneva convention would not apply in that case.

I dont' have a problem with the idea of putting criminals to death. The idea of the death penalty for certain crimes seems right, seems just. The problem is the system isn't foolproof and innocent people get convicted. As long as we have a fallible system, we shouldn?t have a death penalty.
