Illegal Immigration

You should know as well as anyone else that the media just shows people what they want to see because it's more profitable. It's easier to sell a story about illegal immigrants (those people that everyone despises) committing crimes than stories about red-blooded patriotic American citizens doing the same. So those stories get far more coverage... and people become even more prejudiced, so there is more inequality, and there is more crime etc. etc.

You should also realise that illegal immigrants are more likely to be the victims of crime as well.

It turned out that some white middle class people were to blame.
There was no reason for them to accuse Muslims, there wasnt even enough Muslims in the town to make a gang!

Guess what has just popped up on my screen in this thread?

An advert to apply for a US Visa. On TV every night we see Arnie inviting us all to come to California to work because they have so many "Board" meetings. Many people see these adverts and build a dream of moving to a new country only to have those dreams mashed when they cannot get the magical green card. Many then do the stupid thing and still go on a holiday visa and end up as illegals.

Migrate to America legally! Only if you are in good standing in your own country.(verified) and or be immediately enrolled in the Army or Marines( earn your citizenship! )We have enough leech suckers on the welfare system destroying the American dream, or whats left of it.
Get on a waiting list.
Anyone caught coming into America illegally will become property of the people and the state and will become endentured servants to [perform duties that benefit our country.)
Those who commit serious crimes while here esp illegals should be executed!
There is too much corruption to get control of the situation right now, and those who are involved (domestic) in this corruption should be exected as well!

Just coming from the Department of Social Services... I'm very upset about how illegal immigrants (mainly hispanic) can get federal benifits such as medicaid and TANF and food stamps and WIC, while American citizens who are really struggling cannot.

I live in North Carolina which has one of the highest immigrant percentage in the country and it really isn't fair to people around here.

Also, many people around here have loss their jobs to illegal immigrants who will work for lower wages and they don't even pay taxes. I feel like they are living off my tax money.

Employers who exploit illegal workers and subsequently the legimiate workforce are the people who the authorities should be slamming down hard on.

I can't deal cocaine because it is illegal, if I do there are consiquences, so I think they should get shipped back or put in prison.

I thought you were in France. If you are talking about France, my sister-in-law lives in Grenoble, and she certainly agrees with the us that the UK has a benefit system that is open to all. Is yours like ours? And as for statistics, there is the old saying:'Lies, damned lies and statistics'. Is statistical proof all is should be?

How quickly people forget thier for fathers where once imigrants in this country too.

I'm not saying we should open the flood gates to anyone wishing to come here, but the current imigration system needs a total overhaul.

One of my suggestions in fixing the imigration system is to work out a exchange system with other countries.

Take the people who don't want to work here, or are habitual f*** ups, and simply "trade" them for people wishing to get into this country.

This will never happen but thought it would amusing to say.

instead of wasting all this money on the iraq war, why dint we take over Mexico, do a total overhaul to their Govt. and make Mexico a better place, send all the Mexicans back to Mexico, thus opening up jobs here for the Americans, and helping out the economy
