What songs do you listen to when your sad? are you the self pityer, will you put on a sad song and curl up in a ball of misery or do you put on an up beat song and get youself moving? Or do you get angry and listen to some metal? well whatever it is share!

I like to listen to john frusciante and feel the music! or sometimes when im realy sad ill put on corny crap like Iris and stuff!

I always listen to James Blunt "Goodbye My Lover" or Madonna's "You'll See". I usually like to have a good cry, then listen to dance music

If I'm just sad I listen to some really sad stuff to make me cry then I'll play happy stuff to make me happy again, doesn't always work though
