Its been about 48hrs since I quit smoking, I'm about to go f***ing postal

I quit recently and it's made me pretty grouchy.

Nicotine patches.

Thought of that, but the point of quitting was to save money in the short term. Patches wont help with that

Nicotine patches require money. He probably wouldn't have quit so soon if there was more money...

A few boxes of patches will be a lot cheaper than the cartons of cigs you're going to go back to smoking if you try to do it cold turkey

think of it as an investment.

thanks for the vote of confidence. If I cant do it cold turkey and I do fall off of the proverbial wagon i'll try out patches or something. ?I really do need to quit.

Actually, I've always heard quitting cold turkey has a higher success rate.

You can do it. The weight gain is the worst part for me. I want to eat constantly.

You know funnily enough, i was thinking about smoking the other day.

One of my friend smokes...and it must be the brand that she smokes because damnit i love the effing smell.

Usually I hate it because it literally makes me sick to my stomach when i'm around someone that smokes for a long period of time, but not with her. In fact it smells pretty good and its sounds gross, but its made want to try cause i seem to be liking it. It always sucks when your friends smoke and you don't.

But at least i know i wont pick it up.
