Blade runner: is it just me?

Are they hinting at the end that Deckards memories are implanted and he's possibly a replicant, hence the foil unicorn? Or am i looking too far into it?

Yes. Its strongly hinting that he's a replicant.
In an interview with Harrison Ford, he mentioned that in all probability, Deccard IS indeed a replicant.

I think the unicorn has no other purpose than to utilise footage from Ridley Scott's Bomb film(The name of which is not coming to mind) That may be because I did not see that fairy tale type film,even though Ridley is one of my favorite directors!
The Special Features in the BLADE RUNNER disc! Says the unicorn is from that film!
