I could never find an answer to this. What happened to building 7 of the WTC??? I'm not looking for conspiracy theories with no proof behind them, I'm looking for serious answers. What happened?? Does anybody know?

"On September 11, 2001, 7 WTC was damaged by debris when the nearby North Tower of the WTC collapsed. The debris also ignited fires, which continued to burn throughout the afternoon on lower floors of the building, with a lack of water to fight the fires. The building collapsed completely at 5:20 p.m., when a critical column on the 13th floor buckled and triggered structural failure throughout."

A buliding that had undergone large scale structural changes was hit by debris, caught fire and collapsed. House A catches fire, there is usually damage to house B. All you need to do is increase the scale.

That's about it really, there's no mystery.

it was hit by a lot of debris and after substantial fire damage it collapsed.
this is however highly unusual, buildings never collapse like that, this was pretty much the first.

but two buildings the size of the twin towns falling right beside no.7 and it getting showered in debris and fire, not to mention the damage that kind of stress would cause to the foundations of nearby buildings are certainly extreme circumstances that have never really seen an equal for comparison.

the studies i've read into it have eliminated any 'controlled demolition' doubts i've had.
and i did have them at one time.

I am sure there were many things that exploded in the building from the heat of the fire.if you think about it,that makes sense

so bombs are out of the question? they start fires as well.

controlled demolition like that would take months of planning and weeks of setting up by highly trained non-military personal, within fully populated buildings, and this was all done under the radar?
i don't think thats at all credible.

that accompanied by the fact that a controlled demolition would involve hundreds of large and loud explosions that just wern't present on the day.

the whole controlled demolition hypothesis rests almost entirely on the assumption that it really really looked like one.
sometimes looks can be deceiving though and we can't judge events of that day on them solely.

But what about all those new receptionists that began working there with bulky jackets?
