Airport Security

I have been flying this weekend and I have to say airport security was incredible. Much tighter than hat I experienced in the past few weeks on a number of flights I took.

There have been severe restrictions on taking liquids on board and we had been very careful to buy very tiny bottles (100 mls)for any liquids we needed for the flight but wait for it. The plastic bag we had them in was a few centimetres to big. Did they think we were going to try and suffocate the pilots with the bags!!

Armed police virtually blocked the exit from security into the departure lounge in a very threatening manner.

Its been that way at london airports for a while. First thing you see is a couple of cops with machine guns First call of security is the fluid check. You have to put all your make up in a clear bag.

I flown through London but this weekend was EXTRA tight.

It's all a farce.
