we need a new station called:METAL!!!

yessss....im sick and tired of requesting certain songs on the radio that they dont have like bark at the moon, trollhammaren, meat sandwich, and the black hole. that is why i want to make a new station called(insert badass metal name here). who whould agree with me? only my friends! but thats not enough. so i decided to bring it to the forum site and see who would agree with me. im not taking it to myspace because they have no forums and mainly preps go there to chat about gay bands, such as incubus and vanilla ice(urgh). please agree with me

Basingstokes local radio station is called Kestrel FM. They have like only 3 songs

Im taking ther not good songs either, i think the closest i get to a radio station that covers my taste is kerrang radio, whixh has a wide variety, you tried kerrang radio?

As i said try on the internet, there must be demand for such a thing and so it should exist on the internet. Ill double check with mates and post my findings on tomorrow.

there are usually local metal radiostations for all parts of the world however there are not enough. i mean not once have i ever heard repulsion or behemoth or carcass played on the radio. time for all that to change.

I hear you on that one. There are no local radio stations even here in new york that play metal all the time... I have to revert to finding online stations. But I wish there was one that I could listen to in the car... I'ld also kill for a goth/industrial station.

Nowadays I just hook my iPod up to my car and create playlist before hand.. I guess it's the closest I'll ever get.
