Religion and believes

do you have a religion or believes?if so what are they?

I believe there is something, like God or karma or something.

And I generally have good left-wing socialist morals.

I do have faith, but I hate all the labels. Each label carries it's own weird connotation which doesn't really define my particular faith. Maybe Christ follower would fit best?

My mum is Catholic, my dad is an atheist. My grand dad on my dads side was a Protestant vicar, his wife was a Jehovah's Witness as was her sister (converted after the vicar died. My mums parents were Catholic.

It is the only book which talks about the truly monotheistic religion of Islam which was the message sent to all prophets including moses and jesus.

What is the message?
To submit to your creator, worship him and obey his commands and do not associate any partners in his worship

When can I do that?
You have time to repent and turn to him until you are dead

Well...I am a good human being, I do good things but don't believe in him?
Then any good acts that you do are not being accepted. For any act to be accepted, you have to do it according to the way God has told you to do and you have to do those acts sincerly for Allah (God) without associating any partners in his worship.

Who would believe in that??

All your past sins are forgiven, you need to guard your future actions and live it according to the way your creator has showed you

I'm not religious, but i think we all can learn something from the other religions, or not religious.

I personally believe that religion is ballyhoo...but to each their own...I am not the person in the world to decide who is right and who is wrong...eventually we will know, no way or the other.

As far as morals, blah blah blah...I am liberal - VERY liberal with some slight conservative tendencies (not many mind you but there are a few).

I believe in karma, fate, luck, magic, free will...you name it. So, yeah...i gotta say that I am as confused as semi-precious, just in a different way!
