Despite its reputation as a wholesome and healthy source of nutrients, getting your calcium and protein from cows' milk comes at a price: milk and milk products are linked with scores of health issues, like diabetes and cancer. In addition, many people are lactose intolerant or allergic to cows' milk.

It is interesting to think that the wholly unnatural thing of mammals drinking milk into adulthood is regarded as wise and normal.

Yeah, it keeps me alive if I want to drink something I like
The point is also, that if you don't milk the cow, now I have heard this, so don't know for sure if it is real, that the cow will die if not milked

No worries - the baby calf will "milk" his mother, if we don't send him to be killed so we can have the infant's food.

Meh, how long does it take for the calf to grow? Quite fast if you fatten it up well

Could you provide links to these 'linked health issues' like diabetes and cancer?

We don't drink milk in our house hardly ever and we're all fine. When our son eats cereal or something,we give him rice milk in place of the cow milk. The other milk makes him cough and sneeze.

I thought the enzymes in milk were good for your marrow and digestive system?

Not if you are dairy-intolerant, like most people on the planet.

I might, but I'm not holding my breath. Usually (good) journalists provide links to 'facts' and sources on information. Without them it's just waffle.

Actually, that reminds me, I need to buy milk tomorrow or I'll have to endure porridge made with water

Is there not goats milk? or the new brand of cows milk which is anti-lactose? I doubt most of the planet is dairy intolerant lol..

This guy Robert Cohen - https://www.naturalnews.com/002695_heart_disease_cows_milk_cancer.html - reckons he does lots of research on the subject.

Yes, there is goat's milk - as the name suggests, it belongs to goats.

Read the link about how lactose intolerance is normal in humans.
