Well, Magically_delicious, My guess is that the adult males are drinking most of the breast milk consumed by adults. Since of course it is easier for the husband to reach the nipple. Babies are of course consuming the most of the breast milk. Guys are naturally curious and might try to taste it if the wife is lactating. Also there are emergencies where there is to much milk and the baby will not take it, or the baby is not available. This extra milk is uncomfortable in the breast. Mom could hand express the milk, or if the husband is considerate and helpful, he could help her. Hope this helps.

In most instances, if in a dark room, could you tell the difference if you were drinking from a cow or not?

Mine tasted like coconut milk but sweeter. Human milk has 7 times more lactose than cow milk.

since it been awhile, since i was a baby. and my mom didn't breast-feed ( that explain a lot about me! ) my father did rent a cow for couple of years, how my father got to keep a cow in apartment that long is amazing. maybe in 40s and 50s, you were allow to have a black cow live with you in apartment. tell your landlord that the black cow is your maid. my father milked that cow every morning, and my mother heated up on the stove, and put in baby bottles, and feed me. you laugh at this, i am the baby in the family, and a brother and two sisters, they were feed the same way. does human milk taste like a cow's milk? no, when i was a kid love nestle's chocolate and strawberry quick, this what they look back then:

10 out of 10 human babies surveyed says moms breast milk is the best they had ever had . Since it was at some point the only they had ever had , these results may be a bit twisted.
