The British army have spent over ?10 million on their longest Court Martial following the death of an Iraqii man.

He had been taken into military custody and 36 hours later his body had sustained over 90 injuries and he was asphixiated to death.

Yet not one soldier has been found guilty of anything. They have just pulled ranks and gave a virtual two fingers to justice.

What do you think should happen to those soldiers that where in that interrigation unit?

Are you happy that these men are still serving in the armed forces?

Well it wouldn't just be one person that did it, and i hardly expect they'd manage to keep it a secret from everyone else if they had done it, plus i thought it was part of the militaries in built attitudes that the collective suffer or the actions of the individual as a detterant. therefore everyone should be punished.
