Have you done any biology at all. Plant proteins and animal proteins are different. YOur body is more efficient at using animal proetins. Plant proteins are pretty useless. Not only are they the wrong proteins, but animals have a hard time breaking down cellulose which makes up the walls of bacterial and plant cells.
