There's nothing like a big plate of good home made chips, plenty of salt and vinegar, HP sauce and about half a loaf of bread. A good balanced meal.

This man knows his stuff - kudos!

Chili and cheese. Mmmmm.

Though ground beef, melted cheese, and sour cream is pretty damn good too.

The Canadians have given us poutine, which is fries/chips loaded with cheese curd and gravy. It's good beyond words.

That's what I thought too when I was introduced to the concept.

Then someone put a plate of the stuff in front of me. It looked and smelled so good. It tasted better.

Ok, I can admit it looks like it might be really good when you have the munchies. If I take up pot again, I'll give them a go

Whats your favourite thing to have on top of chips(fries)?

At the moment my personal favourite is chips & cheese but i like most things on top of chips, tomato sauce, mayonese, gravy, curry sauce, mushy peas, bbq sauce, tomato relish, etc etc

chips and burger sauce
