What exactly are garlic chips? I know it might seem like there's going to be an obvious answer but i've never heard of them

There's nothing like a big plate of good home made chips, plenty of salt and vinegar, HP sauce and about half a loaf of bread. A good balanced meal.

My fave chip thing is ....

Blisteringly hot, fresh chips with grated mature cheddar sprinkled over and on the side cold sweetcorn and finely chopped red peppers mixed with mayo.

It's to DIE for and is wonderful when you've got the PMT munchies.

Rather than getting garlic mayo onto your chips it's much better if you can get good garlic butter. It melts into the chrispy hot chips and they just melt in your mouth.

Eat a little raw parsley after a good feed of garlic chips. The parsley nutralises the side effects of garlic.
