Its being bidded at by American company Kraft foods. The problem is this.. if it gets sold, the midlands will be hammered with job cuts, and a good old British company will go down the pan again.

Are we in the UK going have any f***ing industry left?? Outside of London it seems to be a free for all with British industry and jobs, with the collapse of LDV (van company) and Rover a few years back, which seems to be done from a bunch of c***s taking money out of the business and selling it for ?10!! then there is the little companies that get hit hard from the Bigger companies going..

Soon we will have no industry... and be all working in TESCO.

Terry's used to make their stuff in the UK, bought out by Kraft, now making in Poland.. oh great.

Cadbury down this part of the world anyway just takes New Zealand milk and makes all their chocolate in Australia. I buy the locally roasted and made stuff here.. gone off cadbury like most people here

What makes it worse, Kraft don't need to buy Cadburys. Its a hostile takeover.
Why can't Kraft just leave the f*** alone.
