but isn't the question of 1 yr as a lion vs 100 as a snail...so the assumption is you would live the full 100 years, not get squished a couple years in...

I'd say snail. A lion's life is really hard, ever watch the discovery channel? Starvation, males fighting to the death over territory, males eating a female's baby cubs because they aren't his...awful stuff. But then again, snail sex look pretty weird with that weird stabby thing they do...lol

hhhm definately a lion, although i've never actually stepped on a snail, it probably happens alot, or if you happen to encounter some salt....dont even wanna think about that, definately a lion!
