A psychiarist is checking up on two of his patients. He walks into the room where they are staying. Patient 1 is sitting in the middle of the room sawing a piece of wood with a plastic knife.
Patient 2 is hanging from the ceiling by his feet.
The doctor asks Patient 1..."Whats up with your friend?".
"he thinks he a lightbulb,dont worry!" says patient 1.
Then he went to get Patient 1 a coffee and when he got back Patient 2 was still hanging from the ceiling.
"Could you ask your friend to get down" said the doctor.
"What and let the light go out,no I wont be able to see what im doing!"
