Turn myself in if it was a minor charge or if it was major death sentence kinda thing...Suicide by cop.

My attorney can handle it. But I agree with the above. If I did something horrible that merits a death sentence, I run till I'm cornered, then, suicide by cop

Depends entirely on the situation really.

Ok, let's just say you're facing 10 - 15 years for what you are accused of. Yes, you are guilty of the offense and there is no smoking gun or eye witnesses. Just forensic evidence.

I'd ask why, then...get an attorney. And if I lose, swallow my pride and step in the slammer. (like I have a choice)

I'd make a suit of armour out of old metal barrels and then shoot it out with the cops... it's an aussie thing...

I'd turn myself in and use my get out of jail free card
