@windstorm Said So councilors, phychiatrists and doctors wont send you to the looney bin?
Nope, that's a myth, if they suggest that they want you committed it will be for an assessment, but don't be scared of that. They will just monitor what meds work for you for your own safety. And they are all trained to talk to you about your problems so you'll have plenty of very good listeners and advice givers.
So many people are under the misconception that the Psych Wards are like the olden days insane asylums but they're far from it.
Actually you'd probably make a lot of friends that are going through the exact same thing as you, IF they put you there or suggest it. Don't turn it down, you'll soon see that it's really quite calming and relaxing to be there just concentrating on yourself and getting all the help you could ever possibly need.
Don't knock the Psych Wards, they are not scary and there are no people walking around banging their heads and acting a weird, you will find that most people that are there are hurting and trying to heal, and you'll find some that have been through many things including suicide attempts, but it will be a positive experience not a negative one depending on your Mental Health Providers.
But I digress, that is only if they suggest you go there, and my take on it is, if they ask then go for your own benefit and time away from all the outside influences.
