head aches

I use to have headaches constantly and then I quit smoking. Most headaches stopped.

Many before me have said this, but again, what is your diet like?

You could have a food allergy, or an allergy to a food-additive that is in a lot of pre-processed food.

I get a lot of headaches, but I find that if i take regular old aspirin, that helps a lot. High blood pressure will cause headaches. All of the posts before me have already said this -- but it usually is all in the diet.

If you had a migraine -- i think you would know it. The pillow feels like a boulder.
