Migraine headaches - Anyone had them?

Just wondering if anyone has, or had, Migraine Headaches. I used to get them.

Thanks for your Reply. I used to get them, as a teenager. I found a way to change them, through meditation, into a Blue Diamond of light, and haven't had one in 40 years.

I believe this is a natural occurrence, energy build-up in the mind. It is only FEAR and misunderstanding that causes the pain. If you let it go, instead of blocking it, it becomes a beautiful visualization. I welcome it each time. I have seen it 1,000 times over the last 40 years, but no pain. I welcome you to try it.

I was diagnosed with chronic migranes when I was about 10 and I've been having them ever since. They only happen when I get really stressed out though.

I couldn't find it... I think I got my first one when I was 11 or 12... I only once in a great while have a truly wretched one, but I have minor ones about once every 3 or 4 days I would say...

Ive had two in my life. I have to be under immense stress to bring them on.

I'm having one as we speak.

I do get them when my period is about to come, together with dysmenorrhea...

I do and hate them.

I had them a lot when I was a teenager but they stopped after I got out on my own. My mom had them really bad until my step-father died and she hasn't had one since. I think you're right about stress causing them. He was a very obnoxious man that caused a lot of stress for both of us. Seems a little too coincidental that we both quit having them after he was no longer a part of our daily lives.

But that's not working since my blue diamond of light subscription ran out.

I took an anti-inflammatory, an aspirin, and a codeine and still feel like choking out all my family. Lovely little migraine stabbing just above my left eye.

I have only ever had 1 migraine before. I never want another one.
It was the worst 48 hours of my life.

I have had chronic headaches for years, and did finally
