I have increased the picture quotas for most members.

Remember, the more points you have the more space you have for pictures.

on Cyberarmy, we have a "files" section, where members can upload just about everything, not only pictures, maybe you can set something like that up, and when someone reaches a number of points (or as a prize for someone that did something really cool) s/he can upload stuff there (not a big quota, 2 mb max) and the things should be posed after being approved by a moderator (to prevent abuse)

Hmm I might do something like that... once I set it up so people can't just use it to steal bandwidth

I thought that had happened. I went to upload a pic yesterday, and it said something about my 1000 KB limit.

Caught me off guard. Thanks for doing that though! It's great.
