Can't Upload Pictures

Every time I try I get this message:


Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 17280 bytes) in /home/theforum/public_html/includes/img_funcs.php on line 89


I've only used up 1600 kb so surely one picture isn't tipping me over the edge? Or is it?

It could be that the one picture is too big, I think that that each picture or gif must be under 200kb.

so even if you have room for it you would still have to reduce it.
