Hi there,
Chaski, thank you for understanding and worm welcome.
YouTube is smooth:
smooth player;
smooth spying;
smooth censorship and so on.
Some channels have made backups on b****ute for that reason.
I mostly watch English courses and put my knowledge to use when watch videos there.
My favorite linguistic channel on YouTube is Latintutorial(although I don't study Latin). I admire this guy. His video clips are linguistic gems.
etymonline(dot)com - the best etymological dictionary I have found so far.
Also I use:
dictionary(dot)com
en/ru.wiktionary(dot)org
affixes(dot)org
I would be glad if you recommend me some sites.
I have read your post from December 29, 2019 @ 03:55:43
/this is some kind of answer to your questions/
I like reading grammars in English( English is nicely simplified language). Now I am reading a Turkish grammar in English. The goal is not to speak but understand when watch and listen to Turkish speech. Why Turkish? Because writing is phonetic - very easy to read and understand. I gave up Greek, German and French on different reasons.
I don't like Reading(in general). I have an e-book but I only read The Big Sleep,
Farewell, My Lovely and The Master and Margarita(in Russian) for practice. Although I have read them many times the ending always surprises me. Otherwise I prefer watching and listening.
I see that you read the Bible a lot. So probably you can say better than me if the following is written by a sane or insane person:
Page 8 /Simple sentence/ of the "document" from YouTube
"
* So called Real and non Real stuff(things)are identical.
* Event is a unit of "Reality".
* Simple sentence is a unit of "Language".
* "Language" is a part of "Reality".
* Simple sentence is an Event and consists of events.
/some picture, graph of "John see cat."/
* Thought = Event = Simple sentence /"=" here means Equivalent as a sign/
* One only experiences one's working consciousness.
"
Page 9 is about Natural numbers.
"Real", "non Real stuff", "Events", "Natural numbers", ... This is too bizarre for any kind of grammar.

W: Event is a unit of "Reality".
