I've just sat through a marathon.

And I have to admit, I quite enjoyed it.

My kids started watching them the other day. Another generation locked onto SW!!!

Eh, never really got into Star Wars.

i did the hexology over christmas on blue ray its a great adventure my least faviorate was return of the jedi was hoping for more out of luke i guess at that age his dad was more powerfull and better skilled... ohh and ewocks

Will you go and see them all again once they're done in 3D??

Ewoks are awesome! I LOVE the Ewoks! Even the 'spin off' type movies were awesome...when I was a kid that is.

For me Return of the Jedi is my favorite since it's the first one I saw and I went to the theaters as a kid with my dad to see it.

Love the original three. But the later three episodes seem to prove that good graphics are no substitute for a good plotline.

When Star Wars first came out, it just straight blew us away! We'd seen nothing like it before.

I adored star wars part 4, hated the empire strikes back which is now my favourite one and felt a bit meh about return of the jedi. Phantom menace was (insert Dave's photo of tommy lee jones) part 2 was better and I am afraid jay and silent bob ruined part 3 because when newly made vader shouted "Noooooooooooo" all I could think of was Jay saying "Justiceeeeee" and I burst out laughing.

Anyway it was a genuis stroke in the mid 70's jumping on the tail end of the sci fi craze and producing toys and merchandise like no movie had ever seen before. Whatever was made after that would never have the same impact.

I like the ones with William Shatner the best.

Seriously...wait until opening night of a Star Wars movie and drive up to the huge line of people waiting outside the theater. And then shout "STAR TREK SUCKS!!!" in a mocking way.

And watch how many people go apes***.

"IT'S NOT STAR TREK!!! IT'S STAR WARS!!! GOD!!!! GET IT RIGHT!!!!"
