You know a couple of weeks back ?

i told you girls and guys about my bloke hitting me. well i had some text messages from him tonight telling me that he's reported me to the police for threatening to kill him and his daughter the funny thing is though i havent even contacted him, well only once to tell him to come and collect the things i forgot to pack and thats it! does it make any sense? coz i'm worrying (sounds mad even tho i havent done anything) i just cant believe it. its like out of the blue and it even sounds made up. is he doing it do wind me up do you think? i feel sick just thinking about it.

he says he's got proof but i dont know where from i'm just wondering if he got one of his mates to do it

He cant have proof, if he hasnt got the messages, just dont worry, ignore him, itll be ok!

i'm really puzzled over the whole thing. it upset me actually coz when we were together i was the one that spent most of my time looking after his daughter i treated her like she was my own and i havent got any children i would never hurt her

Well, some guys can be jerks, dont worry about what hes saying, and carry on with your life

He sounds like a complete and total jerk.

He is trying to wind you up and get a re-action out of you. Don't give the satisfaction of letting him know he's getting to you.

Without proof the police will not do anything. They need to get solid evidence and as you didn't do it they can't get anything solid.

just remember he is the one with the problem. Your better than him and you can rise above him. Try not to let him get to you as much as possible. And don't forget that if you need to have a good whinge about him and what he is doing then just have it. It helps to let things out.

Also try not to let him see that he's getting to you. Hopefully if he can't see a reaction then he will give up.

Sounds like a bunch of bulls*** - he knows he did wrong by hitting you.

Now even if he went to the police I doubt they would take any notice of text message threats, considering they have NEVER been used as evidence yet.

i've thought about it and he hasnt got a leg to stand on really, it was just a shock that he would even say something like that like he hasnt done enough already
