According to the test (which i'm not sure if i'm allowed to post the link to so just google "myers-briggs personality type test" ) i'm an INTP, although I think I identify more with the INFP description.

What's your type? Do you relate to the description of your apparent type? I'm just curious. Sorry if this has already been a topic.

I'm an INFJ :D. I'm somewhat of an X on the E-I scale, but I still classify as an I.

Hmmm, maybe your an X on the F-T scale? Do you have the actual number rankings behide your type (I'm an MBTI nerd lol)?.

Number rankings....100% introverted, 68% intuitive, 74% thinking, 58% perceiving.
Is that what you ment by number rankings? If not, sorry I don't know, I just took the test and read the description...I barely know anything about it.

Oh okay. I'm a bit suprised someone new to MBTI has already posted a thread on it lol. It's actually a really cool pseudo-science. Entire companies use it to help their employees get along & work more smoothly.

Yep, those are the numbers . Wow...I've never met a 100% Introvert before =/. That combined with your iNtuition and Thinking...geez. No wonder you write poetry lol (looked at your profile). What else do you do in your spare time?

Lol sorry for the interrogation. You just don't see a 100% Introvert every day 0_0. At least...I haven't lol.

My Type is ISTJ. After reading the descriptions for that type, it's amazing how accurate it is for the way I am.

I read the possible career fields best suited for ISTJ and that too is very accurate. I already have a degree in Business Administration and had pondered about going back to college and taking Dental Assistant.

And for the most part it's pretty accurate, except it makes me sound like an emotionless isolationist

Oh and it's ok to post a link if you want.

Wow, such negative self talk.
The important thing to remember about these tests is that they are not meant to give a negative association with any of the results.

We all have different gifts. Some of us are more analytical. Some of us are more sensitive about the feelings of others and in tune with our own. We are who we are for many reasons, but none of them have to be negative. Some of the greatest psychiatrists, sociologists, nurses, teachers, counselors, ministers, librarians, healers, peace makers, etc., are "feelers". Some of the greatest psychiatrists, medical researchers, architects, teachers, ministers, librarians, etc., are more analytical. Being in touch with your feelings doesn't mean being out of touch with your ability to think and process, just as being an analytical person doesn't make one unkind, or less compassionate.

A personality test doesn't define you. You define you.

Learn to embrace your gifts, because that makes it easier to figure out what to do with them.

Everyone but one who has named their personality type has been an introvert and since introverts are only 25% of the population and most of them seem to spend a lot of time online, extroverts are seemingly ruling the world.
