It freaked me out a little the first couple of times I tried it, but after a while I eventually grew hip to their little 'trick'

yeah, my brother in law had that on an app and couldn't figure it out. Took like two times and my husband pointed out to him what they were doing.

I was going to write a story about a guy going through life thinking that every around him knows what he's thinking only for him to find out, at the end, that he's been talking out loud to himself the whole time.

Eludes me man, all I can guess is that there is some hard to notice visual cue that is subliminally influencing me to select the card that I select.

Nope, still eludes me. How did it know that I memorized two cards?

Also, nothing to do with a mic picking up an audio cue from whisper because I wasn't whispering and don't have a mic plugged in.
