Hi all
Anybody go to the V Festival this year?
I missed out and I am extremely jealous of everyone who went?
Interestingly enough the grounds where they always hold the event, Weston Park might be getting a new cool restaurant and pub.
I think the pub would have made a lot of money during the festival?that?s if they stay open. I noticed the shop and gallery was closed the previous time.
I heard this year Oasis made such a commotion?

Hardly a commotion, they just didn't play the festival due to Liam having 'laryingitis' though I'm guessing since they've since disbanded that it wasn't the main reason as to why they cancelled.

V Festival doesn't seem too bad, it's very much the most commercialised festival out there though, I'd never choose to go there unless someone amazing was playing.

Well I would have been disappointed! I am a big fan. Although they haven?t brought out anything good for me since the older hits?.
Maybe the festival is phasing out?
And maybe that?s why they are adding extra stuff to Weston Park .

Which festival would you think is the best to go to? How about Reading?

I love music events but never seem to be able to make any of them these days. I feel out of touch with what?s on. Have the loo?s improved because secretly I have a fear for drinking anything at big events as the effort to get to the loo is just too much. Lol over shared.
Well, at least some new opportunities are left for the Park as well as a couple of new jobs for anyone who is interested?

I never go to festivals I save it all for Notting Hill Carnival on August Bank Holiday which I missed this year as I was on holiday - not that I regret that!

My sister has been to V with her mates and she loves it - she is a big festival goer lol!
