Sobe Green Tea

does it have the same benefits as green tea? does anyone know?

I don't know. I have issues with green tea. Hot or cold, flavoured or not, I just don't like the taste.

Like, the tea in it will give you the antioxidants that prevent all kind of stuff, but the stuff that is added makes it less healthy as regular green tea. The bottled stuff is somewhat high in sugar, for example. Still better than drinking soda I guess, though.
