It takes about 4 cups a day, as per my doctor. It does not matter if you use loose tea or the bags. You can make it hot or cold as well. If you find the hot stuff is bitter, add a bit of lemon. Also, for the perfect cup of green tea they recommend you just let the water get to the boiling point.

It is the same stuff on the bag but it does not have the bag. It's suppose to taste better, stronger.

Green tea on it's own helps you lose weight. The only hong I heard about lemon is that it takes out the bitterness.

If you get cold green tea drinks, watch the fake sugars. Fake sugars are very bad.

Green tea on it's own may help but on a scale of 1-10 it would only help about a 2. If you want a hard number then about 4%. Nutrition and human biological functions were actually apart of my psychology major course work and the factor that will have the biggest affect on your weight loss is your mind set. The word "diet" holds very little meaning when it comes down to it. It would be more appropriate to say "life style change".

The only reason green tea does anything at all is because of the presence of Caffeine and Ephedrine, both of which are stimulants. Caffeine in general can decrease female bone density significantly enough for it to be a problem. By the age of 35 your doctor may strongly recommend you to stop your intake of caffeine to avoid compromising the integrity of your skeletal structure. It's much more of a problem in older women with Osteopenia but it has affected younger women, my best friend being unfortunate enough to be one of them.

well i am 30 and will be 31 on the first and i am only taking this green tea til my blood pressure goes down all the way.

well i was drinking the lipton green tea the citrus one and the mixed berry cold drinks all last week and the i drink the arizona green tea the last few days but buying that s*** gets kind of expensive going in and buying a bottle everyday twice or three times a day.
so i bought the bags today.

I love the Lipton w/ citrus. I was getting the diet until I found out fake sugar is bad. It does get expensive. The Fuze green tea is also yummy.

I now also just get the bags. A lot cheaper.
