Rss feed to buttons

I am trying to have it so you click a button on my site and it will go to the first in the list of rss feed. I have followed https://java.sun.com/developer/technicalArticles/javaserverpages/rss_utilities/index.html but there seems to be a problem with my tag in the xml also Sun does not go into detail on how the rssparser works I guess i can figure that out from the jar file. Anyways I don't understand why netbeans is giving me an error stating that in <taglib> is invalid
