Ow, shoulder.

My shoulder keeps hurting me, like a twinging pain. I think it's connected to using my mouse, so it's not getting any better at all.

Use your feet to move the mouse.

Use your wrist to move the mouse not your entire arm. Also if you are sitting pretty high up on a chair, try lowering it. Or visa versa if it is a little low

I adjusted my seat higher the other day, but I shall try and not use my arm to move the mouse, I didn't even notice I was doing it! Thanks

Hmmm, I've just looked on google, Carpel Tunnel syndrome seems to be more in the arm than the shoulder, thanks though

I use a trackball instead of a mouse so you use your fingers and palm to move things. Maybe you should try one of those or switch back and forth between a mouse and trackball.
