How a guy can shift personalities in a relationship. With nick he was the perfect gentleman. He didn't talk down to me, he didn't laugh at the things I liked and he didn't push me for sex. I had to make the first move with him.

When we started to live together it was like he changed into an alien. He started taking me for granted, he mocked the things I liked, he wanted me to do everything for him and he demanded sex all of the time.

I know it has been awhile since we broke up but the anger about comes in cycles for me.

Today is one of those days. I'm pissed I was so taken by his BS!!!

You know Reiko its the story of my life too.

I get these sweet guys who you think wouldnt hurt you for the world. They move in and all of a sudden you become a wife, cleaner, mother, sympathiser, hooker all in one and they still arent happy.

I guess i have rushed in the past and allowed them to treat me in such a way.

I mean, if you didnt tolerate such behaviour then it wouldnt even be an issue.

I know when you first get with someone its all

but you have to be strong enough to tell them off when they hurt you are take liberties instead of being afraid they will go away if you tell them off.

In short these guys change if you allow them to treat you like a doormat.

The rules being, DONT become a mother, cleaner etc etc. When they want laundry done tell them they can do yours while they are at it.

Dont be afraid to tell them off, they arent mind readers and they WILL take liberties

Besides men like feisty women

Yeah I made the mistake of thinking I was being the good girlfriend and instead became his whore/slave.

I don't see him anymore but I still get angry and depressed about him at times and I won't to vent.
