I solved this problem a long time ago.
If I am too tired I just stand up and say "Guys, it's been great, but I'm exhausted. You know where the fridge is, help yourself to whatever you like, keep the music down and lock the door properly on the way out. Please don't wake me when you leave. Enjoy."
Works like a dream.
