Blue on Blue cover up by the US

The US authorities denied the existance of a cockpit video showing US aircraft killing a British soldier in an attack on their troop carrier in Iraq.

A British Coroner requested the video and audit tapes from the US authorities and they denied their existence.

Today a British newspaper has got access to those tapes and they make shocking viewing yet the US authorities have yet to come clean.

This is a terrible accident but the cover up is a total disgrace.

I'm watching the US spokesman on British TV and I've never seen such a performance of double speaking rubbish, I'll not call him a liar.

Although when listening to the conversation between the pilot and the ground controller, that well known football chant springs to mind.
"you don't know what you're doing!"

They were two young pilots who didn't do a ggod job. They believe they are the best, the fastest, the biggest, etc etc etc. Then reality kicks in. Silence.

Accidents happen. Tragic as it was it was an accident.

But what really pisses me off is the US lied about the existence of the tape and now they give us Bull s*** about the tapes containing classified material. This accident was 4 years ago and it was just today that the US were thinking about letting the Britsih Coroner see the tape. When they have sucessful bombing run they have no problem showing it to the world within hours of the attack.

Liars.

Do you really expect anything less?

As if any other military isn't.

This isn't just the military. The liar on British TV is a spokeman put forward by the US ambassador.

Who told you what he was told by the military.

You're always getting pissed off about everything. Calm down and take a breath sometimes and be a little selective about what you get outraged over.
