Late afternoon storms

OMG! I saw the news lastnight before I had went to bed and the weather man said that it was going to rain today . He even gave a 80% chance of rain starting this morning.

I got up this morning and no rain , in fact the sun was shining. I must have missed something in that weather forcast though because the skies have darkened and it's storming like hell all around us. We don't have the rain yet but the television just keeps sending off alarms and it's moving this way. Large hell and lots of rain, oh great I just don't care for storms unless I'm sleeping or wanting to go to sleep.

Oh well I guess I need to batten down the hatches for the storms.

Yikes, Mick loves storms but they frighten me

I don't like them especially when my husband is out in them , it's just not a good thing.

I hope they arent as bad as the ones you had earlier in the year

Dont like storms. The rain is ok, but I hate the wind.

Oh, get over it you wusses. Where I live it is very common to have a late afternoon thunderstorm during the summer. This year we are geting them now which is weird.
