Ultimately it is us who chooses how to behave in the end, but certainly we are much to do alot with how others treat us, and depending too on our mood on any given day.

The influence our parents have or had on us defiantly has an influence on our disposition. If they were abusive, we would be inclined to be abusive in later years.
If on the other hand, they were kind folks (non abusive), we would, more than likely turn out kind caring individuals, BUT it depends on the individual psyche.
The parent's behavior towards the child does have an influence, although, the child is an individual too...A lot of influence from friends parents has weight also....The parent's attitude does have the majority of the influence...just my opinion

Think of God as the father in heaven. Our disposition comes from the life God gives.
