I'm looking for a Ska Band

Does anybody know a band that sings a song called "Ska Star" or "Ska Superstar" or "Superstar" or something along those lines. I used to have the song on my computer in the early 2000s. I belive the band starts with an H but then again maybe not. I think it was a small band, possibly a local band from the northeast.
