After months of toil the surgeon had trained his local bar tender to make his after work daiquiri exactly the way he liked it. Lime, rum, and even a pecan sunk to the bottom for a unique zest.
One day the bar tender noticed he was out of pecans, and had no walnuts, peanuts, or beer nuts either. So he substituted a hickory nut in the dentists favorite recipe.
The discerning doctor tasted the difference immediately, and challenged, "What on earth is this!?"
The bar tender responded, "That's a hickory daiquiri doc."
