I was on the prescribed form. You have to be really careful with what you eat because if the fat level is above the recommended amount, you may as well set up camp on the toilet!

Alli can work for some people but you really have to watch what you eat with them, or the side effects can be very unpleasant. As they only really work when you eat a low fat diet, you might be best off sticking to just the diet and leaving off the pills, but for some people it's the knowing that if they eat something high in fat they'll suffer for it that makes them stick to the diet, so it's an individual choice.

You have to watch out for sudden 'leakages' of undigested fat (that sounds horrible, and it it's as bad as it sounds) as it can happen anywhere and with little warning.

If you find they're working, then great but once you're BMI falls below 28 it's advisable to stop taking them.

Didn't they check your BMI for you? Tut tut. And slapped wrists for you miss Ginger

Seriously though, if you're BMI is lower than that you probably don't need to go to such extremes as taking Orlistat, a few tweaks to you're diet and lifestlye would be much better in the long run, and the weight would be more likely to stay off too as you'll be teaching yourself new habbits instead of relying on pills.
