you CAN teach yourself to astral project...there are lots of good readings on the net, just google it. i know that i can do it, but like i said i cant induce it voluntarily because im inhibited by fear...i just want to learn how to overcome this.
Hi Arrian, I know how you feel, being scared because it feels so powerful and you fear losing contol.
I have overcome these fears by praying whilst I am racing down a tunnel or seemingly flying so high, incredibly fast. Surrendering to God, believing that God is with me, I can relax. Otherwise I would have freaked out long ago.
The answer is to relax and go with the flow. You will always come back to your waking state of consciousness.
