Astral travel/projection

I'm at the moment trying to train myself in leaving my body...has anyone around here successfully done it?

No, though I imagine it would be cool to do (not that I believe it actually works).

Tell me if you have success,
I could sneak into people's houses and scare them, NEAT !

Years ago I found a book that would help with astral travel. I tried it for a couple of months and I could not get any results. However, when I gave up I did not know that I trained my brain to keep trying everytime I went to bed. I came home from school and decided to take a nap. Right before I was about to fall asleep my body was paralized and I started to hear a rushing noise. It freaked me out. I shuck out of it and had not messed with that stuff ever since.

Yeah, you get a swisher, or a large cigar, split it down the middle, dump the tobacco out into the yard, fill the shell with some trainwreck diesel...youll be out of your body in 30 seconds..s*** youll be on mars...

Only did it when I was about 8 years old and it freaked me out. I didn't plan it, it just happened.

I came out of my body and looked down at myself asleep in bed.

I then floated off the ground and walked through doors and walls.

What really freaked me out was that I put just my head through a wall and looked into a nearby house where there was 4 people playing cards at a table. A boy from my school was sitting on the floor playing with a fire engine. I remember zooming back to my body really fast.

I saw the boy in school the next morning and asked him if anyone ever played cards in his house and he replied that his 2 elder brothers, his uncle and a friend had been playing poker the night before. I left it until the afternoon playtime before asking him if he had a big red fire engine. He looked at me strangely and hesitantly answered yes. He asked me how I knew and I got stuck for words and just walked away.

I will never understand it, so I don't really try to. Weird.
