it pops up whenever i start up my laptop and i dont know how to make it go away

Ah, go to file, and simply exit from it

Also, see if it is in your startup folder where all your software shortcuts are kepts

Sorry! I was thinking with my fingers....

while in one of my moods...

Maybe someone has been fooling with your computer, and changed some Accessability settings -- If you are running Vista. Chances are, the on-screen keyboard is in your start-up folder. Just go in there, and delete that short-cut. And, put a different password on your computer.

Under Windows, you'll find a folder, called Start menu....

if you have vista, then it would be windows, you know that thing that has the windows logo, bottom left...All ProgramsStartup
