And it hurts, and we can't go to the surgery for 2 days coz the cars dead. And we're low on money so we cant get the bus or cab.

well if you had it before ring the doctor and ask for more medicine, they can organise that for you

If you explain you cant get there perhaps he will call it through to your local pharmacy.

Try running a blow dryer on your ear for a few minutes. Might ease the pain for little while, but if it really is an ear infection you'll need antibiotics.
