My dad says that garlic has a strong flavor, and that when it's cooking it makes the house smell like garlic. I barely taste it, it has flavor, but its not strong. If i boil it it tastes alot like a carrot. If i have it in a "milk shake", raw it has an odd flavor, and a long lasteing after taste, but so does alot of things. It's pretty good fried, i just had some fried in olive oil with parsly flakes, onion salt and musterd powder. and alot of salt.

Im staying up for 24 hours and got bored, so i decided to experiment with garlic.

We do not, that's just another Myth about what we like and don't like.

You boiled garlic You Sicko

Garlic is very good for cleaning the system and does have a strong taste,if you cook Garlic into food,it'll taste a lot better the next day because it's had time to marinade into the food, then you'll taste it.
The other good side effect with Garlic...You get a seat on the Train or Bus if you smell of it

there are actually many varieties...some milder, other stronger.

i like it almost to the point where if it is not a dessert it probably needs some garlic.

Raw garlic is stronger than cooked, minced garlic stronger than sliced. Crushed garlic has the strongest taste of all and if crushed raw is only for the real aficionado. The rule for raw garlic is... the finer the chop the stronger the taste
When cooked, whole garlic cloves have a mild, rather sweet taste that release best with slow cooking methods. Roasted garlic brings a different, smokier flavor and aroma entirely. If you are going to sizzle garlic and cook it quickly, especially with onion and other vegetables, add it last Note: If you burn or brown garlic it may bring a bitter taste to your entire dish.
