How to post a new Journal

I posted my first one no problem. But can't seem to figure out how to post another. Am i missing something or can we only post one...?

Click on the "Journals" tab, then click "New Entry".

but of course i went to the "Journals" tab about 20 times and don't see a new entry button anywhere...
