That was a horrible day. Pre-9/11 I was the most innocent 11 year old in the world. Seriously. 9/11 completely changed that. It was my first taste of what the world can really be like and I wasn't even there! I was watching on the tv from home wondering how one person could even consider doing that to the other. It made me so upset that the dog didn't hesitate, she just came right over and licked my face until I slid onto the floor and hugged her. Usually she'd wait for me to go to her.

I saw, with my own eyes, people climb out onto window ledges 800 feet up in the air, look at each other, grasp hands, and jump to their deaths because it was a better alternative to being burned alive.

So, forgive me mods for being a little passionate about this subject, but ANYONE that tries to make it something that it's not is a filthy stinking a*****e, and deserves nothing but abuse and contempt.

That's what makes me mad. People died in a horrible way but then you've got people who will lie about the evidence and what happened to make it sound like something it's not. The worst has to be the way Edna Cintron has been used. I'm sorry but there's no way she was in a place of comfort considering she was one of those who jumped rather than stay in the impact zone. They use her as a way of proving the fires weren't so bad and it makes me so angry. She was forced to choose between waiting for the fire to get her in either a collapse or by burning her alive or taking a less painful and much faster death. Pictures of her have been thrown around the internet "Why was Edna still alive? Why wasn't she roasted? Can't explain that can you?"

I suppose all the other people who flock to windows in fires are running away from imaginary flames

People who marginalize the horror and suffering of thousands of victims deserve abuse..

Actually, they deserve far more than abuse, but sadly that's all I can offer on the internet.

No, they don't deserve abuse. No one ever deserves to be abused.

If there was anything that would honour the victims of that tragedy more than anything, it would be an end to the hatred and enmity that its perpetrators were absolutely successful in creating.

Alright.. I'll do that right after I beat the people who seek to marginalize their deaths into a bloody pulp.

I'm sorry but I have a serious problem with people such as Webfairy using the appearance of Edna Cintron and others at the impact site as proof that their crazy paranoid delusions are true. Webfairy uses the death of this poor woman as proof that a "whatzit" or "dive-bomb thingy" attacked the towers and not an aircraft, dishonoring the memories of Edna, the others trapped their with her and those who died in the aircraft. Yes there's been a lot of enmity and hatred was created but it comes from the blatant disrespect to victims and survivors shown by Webfairy, the creators of Loose Change (who by the way know they're lying, the documentary was originally a film script which was never accepted) and others.

I agree wholeheartedly that the conspiracy theorists are paranoid, ignorant and insensitive. But that doesn't mean they or anyone else should be abused.

If Islam is violent, then Catholicism and Buddhism and all religions are. There will always be extremists in every religion, but to knock the entire religion isn't moral.

But where do they get the idea that their god wants them to do this from? They get it from the teachings of that religion. Very few religions exist which don't, at some point, ask their followers to kill unbelievers.

The extremist groups have been spouting bulls*** to the innocent people, the children and such, telling them that the other groups aren't "real" muslims. The most dangerous thing is dead certainty.

I just watched a youtube video by a guy who claims Edna Cintron talks to him while he sleeps who tried to claim a tiny dot in a picture was her. How does that guy not deserve a slap? Then treatment for whatever the hell is wrong with him that he claims a dead woman speaks to him but only when he sleeps.

Not exactly. There are passages in the Qu'ran which incite violence just as there are passages in the Bible which incite violence. It depends on what you're looking for. You're looking for justification to wipe out an entire race of people, check out Leviticus and Deuteronomy. If you're looking for peace then some parts of the New Testament might help you but the point is that it's there.

It's there and people have and continue to use it to justify the murder of thousands of innocent civilians.

What do you use to justify your hatred?
