Britain has been demographically transformed over the last fifty years as a direct result of mass migration, how do you think that uncontrolled migration into the UK has effected britain as a whole.

What benefits has it given us, how has it enhanced our country and do you foresee problems in the future if this issue is left unchallenged?

Well maybe you wouldn't be typing on this forum in English for a start.

Quote:
In the air war between German and Allied Air Forces, which resulted in the defeat of the Luftwaffe, 1 in 8 of allied pilots was Polish, and the highest scoring squadron within the whole of Allied air forces was the Polish Air Force 303 (Kosciuszko) Squadron which accounted for 125 enemy planes. The highest scoring allied fighter pilot was also a member of that squadron. All told, the Polish pilots were responsible for 201 of the Luftwaffe's 1100 planes lost. It is said that the Battle of Britain was won by a narrow margin, and the contribution of the already combat experienced Polish pilots was decisive.

I could find more examples but I think that was a pretty significant affect.

You have already admitted you enjoy going for a curry/kebab/pizza Hinckley. If you had it your way that would stop.

Are you a native Austrailan? Can you trace your family back there more than 200 years? If not, I'm sure that there are a few people left who could tell you that you changed their standards, because you didn't like theirs. Unless you killed them all off, like we tried to do to the native Americans when we got here.

Funny how quickly people forget history when it doesn't suit their needs.

My Ancestors came to Australia on the First Fleet as free settlers from English Stock, unlike all the others who were sent out here as the dregs of English society, you know the ones I mean, they had the gaul to steal Half a loaf of bread to feed their Family,or a piece of ribbon for their daughters Hair so she could look pretty,no you probably wouldn't would you.

Funny how you comment on another countries History when you obviously know nothing it.

So technically you're an immigrant "telling natives they should change their standards of living to suit yours" As you put it?

Has your statement actually got any basis in fact? Have you got any evidence? Just wondering, cos this sounds like things people have said in the past, purely based on hear'say! I know plenty of immigrants who would never dictate. I also happen to be the daughter of immigrants who have become a part of Britain and have never once turned around and said people need to change their standard of living.

Do I have friends in England that tell me what's happening....YES
Do I have friends Here who are English and say what's happening...YES
Do I read newspapers....YES
Do I watch world News on TV......YES

And for the record,I have two Muslim(not that muslims were mentioned here)Families living in the houses behind mine, their terrific people, who have blended in our way of life and love living here.

Anything else???

I think that immigration is a good thing and a bad thing at the same time. For example, my denist is from India so without immigration I wouldn't have a dentist!

Yes love your right,I immigrated here "from my Mothers womb" way back in the 50's,next time if your going to say something, keep your guard up.

And if you would like to read some of our History as well, you'll find it was YOUR ancestors who came here and told the Natives how to live by their way,we Aussies haven't.

I'm only saying because I find it kinda hypocritical that you're complaining about 'people coming to your country' etc etc, when it's not really your country anyway.

An interesting thred! The world is made of migrants if the human species originated in Africa. More recently the UK has evolved from invading peoples, plus the UK continues with migration away from these shores. Each of us can choose the links we explore, or not. Diversity means being tollerant of other people's views. The line needs to be drawn if this tollerance promotes violence. So many demonstrations are diverted by violent minorities, who misuse the rights of free assembly to attack others. An example is the promoters of "the right to life" which end up with health workers being shot at.

I never disputed that. In fact thanks, you just explained exactly why I think no-one in Britain can moan about immigration. It still doesn't stop some people being racist bigots though.

No one could claim that they were the first there and say it is their land anyway, they didn't make the land.

Earth has been around way more than human has wheather developed or created.
Whos' land is it?
let me put it in another analogy.
An American went to the moon first does that mean it's his and if he wanted to stop anyone from going there does he have that right?
You're not talking about having children who you should teach your culture, language and so on, we're talking about land that was discovered not made or owned.

Well, when I said evidence, I meant something like a link. As far as I can tell, your friends seem to be a bunch of racist bigots. I know lots of English people who would say everything you've just said is a load of crap. And your inability to provide me with a link to what your saying proves to me that what you've said has no basis in fact, and therefore I am right.

I also happen to read the newspapers and I've never seen anything about immigrants coming to the UK and telling us what to do, except for extremists, who are an extremely isolated case.

One word.
FOOD

The benefits of foreign cuisine take a lot of beating.

Personally i love different cultures, it's a great opportunity for growth and learning. Immigration is essential to the economic growth of a country.
The Uk's birth rates aren't enough to keep up with demand. The fact that there has been a recent downturn in the economy is not reason enough to stop the immigration that you have benefited from.

It goes up and down depending on how the economy is doing but overall immigration has had a positive effect.

English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Italian and many many more languages derived from Latin, does that mean our heritage should be preserved and we should all speak ancient latin.
This is a joke; everyone should Engalnd so you BNPs will have noone to govern, they certainly will not be able to defend themselves then everyone comes back to finish them off so they don'y have to worry about their idealogy
